Mbarek Hassounya has been in the real estate business for over 25 years now. Prior to founding Guidance Realty, Mbarek began his journey as a licensed real estate salesperson right here in the Upper West Side in the early 90’s. Almost 30 years later, Mbarek is still here serving the UWS community. Our office is located at 180 West 80th st. right off Amsterdam ave. in the heart of the UWS.
Mbarek’s decades of experience has really allowed him to excel and streamline all aspects of the rental business. Mbarek has not only served as Principal Broker at Guidance Realty, head of leasing and sales but has lead Guidance Realty’s Management division. Under his guidance, Guidance Realty now manages multiple buildings for a multitude of different high profile landlords in the area. Guidance Realty is continuously expanding and our roots in the Upper West Side run deep.
